Workshop Details

This workshop is specially designed for children, with a light, fun and dynamic approach to spark their interest and creativity from the beginning.
We’ll start on the floor with a warm-up and adapted physical conditioning exercises to build strength, mobility and body awareness in a playful way.
Next, we’ll work on flexibility, which children usually love, followed by partner-based activities that encourage trust, teamwork and cooperation through creative movement and fun aerial games.
In the aerial section, we’ll explore basic Aerial Hoop moves, introduce simple choreographed combos, and keep the energy high with activities that keep young students engaged, confident and inspired.

What to Bring to the Workshop

To ensure comfort, safety, and freedom of movement during the workshop, we recommend that each child brings:

Comfortable, fitted clothing
– Ideally leggings or a one-piece bodysuit that allows full range of motion and won’t get caught on the hoop. – Avoid baggy or very loose clothing.
🧦
Bare feet or non-slip socks
– This helps with stability and safe contact with the equipment and the floor.

A water bottle
– Staying hydrated throughout the session is essential. 😊
A big smile and the excitement to fly!
– Most importantly, come with an open heart ready for a unique experience.

About the Instructor

Thainara Jacome is a professional aerial artist and dancer with over a decade of dedication to the art of movement.
Her journey began in early childhood she started ballet at the age of 3, joined the circus at 7 years , and discovered her true passion, the Aerial Hoop, at 14 years old. Since then, it has become her main form of artistic expression.

She has performed in renowned theme parks and on international cruise lines, including Pullmantur Cruises and Royal Caribbean, captivating audiences with her graceful strength, control, and expressive presence in the air.

With a strong foundation in classical dance, flexibility, and aerial technique, Thainara has developed a unique style that blends power, elegance, and creativity.

Today, she shares her passion through transformative experiences that celebrate the body, the art, and the freedom to fly
